Ski Resorts in the Desert State

Southern Arizona is known for its deserts and extreme heat while Northern Arizona contains forests of pine, douglas fir, and spruce trees. The Northern part of the state even has ski resorts in the areas of Flagstaff, Alpine, and Tuscon.
