The Birthplace of Cheese Dip
Cheese dip, sometimes referred to as queso, was created at Mexico Chiquito in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Little Rock hosts the annual World Cheese Dip Championship in October and the Arkansas Department of Parks & Tourism offers a Cheese Dip Trail which boasts 19 stops across the state.
